Error on Outlook express.

Hello, I have been using this e-mail for a long time but now I can't get on
to it, there is a an error message that says

"outlook express could not be started.The application was unable to open
the Outlook express store message store.Your computer may be out of memory or
your disk is full.Contact Microsfot....(0x8007000E,5)"

and when I hit ok the other message is "Outlook express could not be started
because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outllok express may not be
installed correctly."

Can someone please help me.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
