Hi
I've just set up a new PC for one of our users, and when
he tries to open Outlook 98, he gets the following message
"Outlook 98 failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022)."
Our users are set up as Power users on our Win2k builds,
and i've found that by making him a local administrator,
Outlook opens fine. Put him back down to Power user, and
he can't run it again.
I've tried reinstalling Outlook, deleting and recreating
his profile, and checking his access rights to the file
Outlook.exe, but nothing is working. Please please tell me
someone out there knows how to fix this??!!
