Error on outlook

Hi,

While running the outlook 2000 on windows nt 4.0
machines its giving an error fatal error or vb run time
error and its stops working.If we accept on the error
sometimes mouse getting disabled or sometimes outlook
closes automatically. We have applied all the patches and
servie packs which are available on micrsoft, but couldn't
able to resolve it. If mouse got disable after getting
this error, we need to restart the machine.
Request you to pls give us a solution which is practical
and work out on real time.
