error on page

Since downloaded SP2 for Window XP I have not been able to download any
template from Gallery Live. Whenever I click on download, an error message
appeared. It said "error on page". Please help, anyone?

Start by adding the url,
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx
to your trusted sites in IE.
