Error on Preview a document

Hi all!

Word version -> Word 2002
Operating System -> Windows XP Professional

Almost of the times, when previewing a document, my Word craches.
This is the info the computers shows:

I was looking for this on the Internet, but didn't find anything.
Any help/suggestions is very appreciated.
