Error on save timesheet

Dear all,
only a user is receiving this message for only a timesheet when he saves it
(only saves).

While communicating with the Project Server an error occured. Check
connectivity with your administrator to determine if further action is
necessary

Any idea? What is it?
I tried as in other cases to delete the timesheet and recreate it but it's
not the case.

I have more infos regarding this issue, it happens when the user add a line
(task not scheduled for this week) if he add hours only to scheduled task all
is working fine, adding hours to the added lines generate the error written
below and send a 26000 error to the mail of the user.
