Error on Sending Out Email using Outlook2003

Hi,

I experienced an error while sending out an email with an attachment, and
had to end the process using the Task Manager.

When I restarted outlook2003, I got the following message.

Outlook experienced a serious error the last time the add-in 'c:\program
files\mcafee\managed virusscan\vscan\otlkui.20081222173044.dll' was opened.
Woud you like to disable this add-in?
To reactivate this add-in, click About Microsoft Office Outlook on the Help
menu, and then click Disabled Items.

I clicked No for this option, as I didn't know what would be the outcome of
disabling that dll file.

Can anyone tell me of this error details? and why I got it?

It means you intergrated anti virus application is causing the problem, as
can often be the case.
Uninstall your Anti Virus application, reboot your PC, Reinstall your AV
*without* the outlook intergration

PS replying yes to the msg would merely have disabled the AVintergration,
however this isnt allways successful in curing the problem
