Error on Sending & Receiving email by using an account

When I attempt to send or receive emails through Outlook
Express, I am getting the following error messages. How to
rectify it. Please tell me.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'PIPDIC-
VSNL-A/C', Server: '202.54.6.20', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
