Error on shutdown Outllok 2003

Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to be shut
down. Sorry for any inconvenience.........

I get a critical erron on shutdown of Outlook 2003. Any
ideas?

Code: 0x0000005

When prompted, have you chosen to upload the Debug information to Microsoft?
That will allow us to debug it on our side and potentially include a fix in
a later patch.

Do you have any third-party addin's installed, by chance? Are you using
Exchange?

chance at it. Was just looking to see if it has been
reported already and a fix found.

Funny thing is everything is running perfect it is only
when I shut (Exit) Outlook 2003 it happens :/

There was a problem I remember with Norton Antivirus
(installed) which affected MSN Messenger but I have
turned the Messenger scan off and that works perfectly.

When you get that error, there is also the option to view the contents of
the error message. If you report back the faulting module, that helps as
much as the error code.
