Error open template from server

Hi, I try to open a template in project. I ‘m connected to the project
server, for example I can open Resource pool.

The problem is when I try open a template in MS project I receive this
error: “the file could not be openedâ€. The template is in the server, because
I can delete it. I follow the tutorials and for open a template,
File->New->Templates on Computer->Enterprise Templates.

I try to create a project template with 3 or 4 tasks and save in the server,
but is the same thing.

My user is system account and I have all permissions, I’m administrator, and
I have all the global permissions select.

Why this error? Do you help me?
