Error opening a single project

We're receiving the following message when attempting to
open one of our projects:

"An exception occurred in the Project Server. Project
Server encountered a problem with this error code: 9307.
Please contact your server administrator"

I've read through some similar postings, and the cause
always seemed to be related to the size of the db
transaction logs. I know that that is not the issue here
as I can (1) open all other projects without issue, and
(2) CAN open this project if I choose to do so in Read-
Only mode. I just cannot check it out.

This project is a Master Project.

Any ideas?
