Hi,
I have several cases where a user will get an error
opening an excel attachment (Outlook and Excel 2002) -
Microsoft Outlook: "Can't create file: <filename.xls>.
Right-click the folder you want to create the file in,
and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder." Some attachments can
be opened, some not. Others who are copied on the same
email may be able to open some but not others but not
necessarily the same ones. If one person can open one of
the attachments, and they re-save it with a shorter
filename and re-send, it can then be opened. There
doesn't seem to be a pattern to it but seems to have
something to do with the temporary files folder.
Has anyone seen this?
