Error opening Excel File -

Hi all:

I have a problem opening a .xls file exported from SAP BW when I try to read
it using Excel 2004 and Excel 2008, however the same file can be succesfully
opened with Excel 2003 and Excel 2007.

In the Excel for Mac case, I just see sort of HTML like code, I include the
header as I see it in Excel 2008.

Any idea, Please
