Error opening form

When i try to open an specific form i get an error "The
microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because
you and another user are attempting to change te same data
at the same time"
i'm working on an local database as the only user! This
error prevents me from opening, editing or copying the
said form.
Does anyone have any suggestions in how to solve this?
