Error opening old files

i had message for opening some of my old files of word2003 so i go to help
of microsoft they says
2. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
3. Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Security\FileOpenBlock
Note This registry subkey may not exist. If the subkey is not present, you
must create it.
4. Right-click InternalFiles, and then click Modify.

i didnt find InternalFiles in my registry of windows can any help me pls
