Error opening outlook 2003

I've just upgraded Office 97 to Office 2003 to find out that I can't keep
Outlook open. All other applications are working properly: Words, Excel,
FrontPage, OneNote, Visio, etc.

When Outlook opens, in few seconds an error notice shows up as follows:
"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience" and the Error Signature goes as:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.06353.0 AddStamp: 408f2937
ModName: mso.dll ModVer: 11.0.6408.0 ModStamp: 416add54

I did a search for the "mso.dll" file and it is in 23 different places in my
PC. Which one is the wrong one? They are…

C:\FRONTPAGE\OI561403.CAB
C:\FRONTPAGE\ZK561401.CAB
C:\ONENOTE\OI561403.CAB
C:\PROJECT\OI561433.CAB

C:\OFFICE2003\OFFICE\FILES\ACCRT\ACCESSRT.CAB
C:\Program Files\OFFICE2003\OFFICE\FILES\ACCRT\ACCESSRT.CAB

Also in the WindowsXP System Information facility says that “mso.dll†is at
fault and that the fault address is “0x000f206b.
†whatever this means…

I can send by e-mail a snapshot of the screen when this did happen. I don’t
know how to attach it on here.

Any ideas?
