Error opening outlook

Can't open outlook. Keep getting error message :

Disabled antivirus program Trend Intrernet Security Pro. Will not start in
safe mode either.
Any suggerstions or fixes?

Two thoughts...

1) Make sure you are using the latest version of the Outlook connector for
Hotmail/Live/MSN. (This may mean uninstalling/reinstalling the connector
software)

2) You may need to recreate your e-mail profile via the mail applet in the
control panel. (Don't copy the existing profile, create a new profile and
see if it works. If it does, then delete the old one.)

What version of Outlook, what type of mail account, and what is the eventID?
