Error opening outlook

When I open Microsoft outlook I get an error message: The
add-in c:\windows\system32\avgxch32.dll could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using
detect & repair on the help menu. Unable to load
c:\windows\system32\avgxch32.dll . You may be out of
memory, out of resources, or missing a .dll file.

I click ok and everything seems to run fine. I tried
detect and repair and I still get the message. How do I
get rid of it?
