error opening shared document

Good day,

I am getting the following error while opening one of the shared document.

"Could not open
'http://project01Z/sites/MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments/Shared
Documents/Forms/template.doc'

This is on only one document in the shared documents and it normally opens
when I click OK.
