Error opening Viseo #2132

I can't believe this error hasnt been fixed yet.

this is Viseo 2003 professional

Windows XP crashed when i had a large viseo pro file open.

I tried all kinds of stuff, it wont work so don't give me weak replies like
"rename" the file! It doesnt work...

now i get the classic

Viseo Internal Error #2132
Action 1283: Open File

cmon Microsoft, you know about the problem, spend a day on it and fix this
error.

This is ridiculous that I can't recover a viseo file.

Hours of work lost...
