Error opening visio 2003 drawing

Hi,
I am attempting to open a drawing I had created and been
working on unde Visio 2003. For some reason I am now
getting the following error when opening the file:

Visio internal error: #2132
Action 1002: Open

I've tried this on 2 different machines and still get the
same error, I've tried repairing my Visio install as well.

Any ideas?
