Error opening workbook w/Windows XP

I created a workbook using Excel 2000 and Windows 98 SE. When I am in a
network, and open the workbook using a desktop w/Windows 2000 and Excel 2003,
it works perfect. But, when I try openning it using a desktop w/Windows XP
and Excel 2003 it gives me an Excel.exe error.
What can be the problem? Any suggestions?
