I am using Visio EA version 11.7218.8132 SP2 and I have created a data model
using the Database Model Diagram Stencil. I want to Update this model to a
brand new database on a SQL Server and have sufficient rights. I have an
ODBC connection setup and the model has it defined as its default.
When I try to Update Database, I get an error for my index names:
error P1033: '"IX_YMS_ERRORCODE_ID"' : Constraint name is not unique. The
target DBMS requires the constraint name to be unique in the database.
SQL Server 2000 has no issue with index names being the same on different
tables, yet Visio is barphing at the problem.
Any ideas on how to get around this?
