When our users select a line or two from a form in Access 2007, and copy and
paste it into an HTML-formatted email in Outlook, it causes all kinds of
trouble. The message can be sent OK, and it can be opened and viewed, but
when we try to reply or forward, Outlook shuts down, with the error message
(visible when debugging): "unhandled win32 exception occurred in outlook
[15652]". I can't find anything about this in tech support. Can anyone
suggest how to troubleshoot it? The machines are WindowsXP, with clean
Office 2007 installations. The Access database was originally built in
Access 2000, but has been generally reliable.
Any ideas?
