Hello - am getting the message , error please make sure ms outlook 2k/xp is
installed , also , starting service information synchronization failed . All
these troubles seem to come after I switched ISP`s , if my ms outlook is
corrupt how can I reinstall the program .

You get this error when doing what?
A reinstall can be done from your installation CD.
