Error popping up on MS Word

Hi guys,
I'm having problems on MS Office 2003 particularly in MS Word. Whenever i
open a certain document a pop error message comes out. "Microsoft Office
Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience."
Can someone help me, i've tried unistalling the MS Office 2003,
unfortunately the problem still there.
Can someone help me solve this annoying problem.

Uninstalling and reinstalling seldom helps because Office tends to preserve
settings... and this is a settings issue. Try the steps shown here, which
are designed to troubleshoot the problem you're having:
