Error pops up in web broswer form/moss2007

I have a form that I created, simple straight forward, no coding. It has a
submit option to go to a sharepoint list. It works fine when it is
submitted the first time, but if they need to revise something, it will not
let them submit again. It gives this error "An error occurred while the
form was being submitted"
Why is that happening? Thank you for your time.

What's the error message? Use "overwrite form" option when publishing the
form or use a rule to generate a new form name everytime user submits the
form.
