Error Printing entire workbook to a NDPS printer

It just as the subjaect says. I have a user who is trying
to print a whole workbook to an NDPS printer. When she
sends it over to the printer, Excel 2000 errors out. I
have all the latest patches on her office product. She has
all the latest windows 2000 patches and novell client. Has
anyone delt with this before? If anyone has an answer,
please e-mail me at the above address minus the NO SPAM.
