ERROR PRINTING ENVELOPES WITH WORD 2002

J

JFM

I HAVE A SAVED MICROSOFT WORD DOCUMENT THAT I USE TO PRINT CUSTOM SIZED
ENVELOPES. IT HAS ALWAYS WORKED PERFECTLY, UNTIL NOW. IF I LOAD AN ENVELOPE
IN THE CORRECT SPOT IN MY PRINTER, I DO NOT GET THE RESULTS THAT I PREVOIUSLY
GOT. WHEN THE ENVELOPE EXITS THE PRINTER ONLY PART OF THE "TO:" ADDRESS
APPEARS ON THE TOP OF THE ENVELOPE. IF I PUT A FULL SHEET OF PAPER IN THE
PRINTER I DO SEE THE "RETURN" AND THE "TO" ADRESSES BUT THEY ARE PRINTING ON
THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SHEET. THE ENVELOPES ARE NORMALLY INSERTED ON THE RIGHT
SIDE. THAT IS WHY I GET ONLY PARTIAL PRINTING ON THE ENVELOPES.
I HAVE TRIED FORMATTING NEW ENVELOPES, BUT I GET THE SAME PRINTING ERROR.
I REMOVED COMPLETELY MY WORKS SUITE FROM MY PROGRAM FILES AND ALSO FROM THE
REGISTRY KEYS. I THEN COMPLETELY REINSTALLED THE WORKS SUITE. HOWEVER, MY
PROBLEM REMAINS.

PLEASE ASSIST

JFM,

It would help if you would turn off the Caps Lock key and typed in sentence
case.

Tools> Letters and Mailins> Envelopes & Labels> Click on the Envelopes tab.
Click on Options. Select the size of you envelope. Select Custom Size in the
Envelope size. Specify your envelope. Select OK and then print.
