Error Printing From A Shared Calender

When trying to print another users shared calender within outlook 2003 on XP
pro the error "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If this
problem persists, restart Outlook". The PC has all the office updates
installed on it and also has full ownership rights to the other users
calender. Does anyone know any resolution to this problem? Many thanks.
