Error printing project view

We are unable to print grid from a project view or export from tasks to Excel.
Example:
- Click the Projects tab then select a project (OE55A Schedule) --> program
displays View a Project
- Click Print Grid --> program displays "The size limit for print data has
been exceeded. Would you like to export the data to Excel instead?"
- Answer Yes --> program displays The ActiveX control on which feature
depends could not be created. Because of this error, you can only copy the
XML data to the clipboard. Do you want to continue?

It really helps to know what version you are using. This could be caused by
not having the correct version of Office on your workstation.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for your response. We were able to solve the problem with EPM 2003
by allowing Active X controls on browser for the individual who was was
unable to pring or export.
