Error: Program trying to access e-mail addresses stored in Outlook

Have a popup window that comes up about 2-3 times a day.
Says: " A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you
have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If
this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "no".

I have been clicking no, but it keeps coming back. I have
the lastest Anti-virus updates (Norton)

How have others dealt with this?
