Error "Project Server Spooler Error (0x80004005)" when publishing projects to Project Server 2003

Hey hey,

the following error appears in the spooler, when we try to publish a
certain project to Project Server 2003:
Project Server Spooler Error (0x80004005)
Re-doing the spooler task does not work.

We have found the Knowledge Base Article 328249
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=328249&product=prj)
and checked the permissions for the folder \Program Files\Microsoft
Project Server\Bin\ViewDrop - that is as described now.
We do not use Novell clients.

We have also searched for expired account passwords, but all accounts
on the server have "password never expires" checked.

This problem seems to be solved after installing
- Project Server 2003 Service Pack 1
- Project 2003 Service Pack 1
