Error - Projects don't show up in Project Center (Event log error)

Hello,

I'm having huge problems when publishing projects to project server
(Collaborate - Publish all information). The project don't show up in PWA
project center. When I publish all information in MS Project 3 errors occurs
in the Event log at the server (there are no Spooler error or messages):
