Error "Prop Res Dll Not Loaded" Problem - How can I fix this?!?

Hello.

I keep getting an error message: "Prop Res Dll Not Loaded" when I open some
files and when I try to print. It does not only happen with Word, it also
happens with Excel and Powerpoint.

I have already tried the only solution provided everywheye which basically
involves uninstalling Office, then deleting some registry entries and then
reinstaling and it has NOT worked.

I am running Windows XP and have Office 2003 Edition.

Anybody know how to fix this problem?

HELP!!! PLEASE!!!

Sincerely
JSL

This has nothing to do with Office and reinstalling HARDLY EVER resolves
such problems. This is far more likely to be an incompatible third party
application or utility that is at fault. A search on Google for propres.dll
gave me hundreds of hits, but they are all in French or Spanish. This would
point the finger to something that isn't English and probably isn't
available in English.

I suggest that you search Google where you may have better understanding of
the links than me!

Searching via Google using the string "propres.dll" is not a very good idea
and the reason you are getting pages in languages other than english (like
french) is that "propres" is actually a word in French (which I believe means
"clean"). So, the results that have the string "propres dll" have nothing to
do with this problem.

I do agree that installing and uninstalling does not work.

Thank you very much anyway.

Anybody else have a clue?!?! HELP! PLEASE!
