I have the following setup:
SQL2005DEV is my sql box hosting all databases
PRJ2007DEV is where project application service runs
SPS2007DEV is where i host the index, search, and mysites for my
public intranet portal
I performed the following:
1) Installed and configure SPS2007DEV and got my portal up and running
on the My Sites
2) Installed Project Sever bits to SPS2007DEV AND PRJ2007DEV according
the the guide here

3) Setup a SSP Admin Web Site and a Web Site to house the Project Web
Access application
4) Setup an SSP named ProjectSSP
When I attempt to provision a Project Web Access Site, I get the
following error in the Sharepoint Logs:
Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: Failed to find the XML file at
location '12\Template\Features\ReviewWorkflows\Feature.xml'
I checked that location on SPS2007DEV and it exists, however the file
location does not exist on PRJ2007DEV. Did I miss something. It's
throwing a file not found error. By mining the logs I can tell that
the project server databases are correctly created, db roles are
assigned and the web applications are created. It's in this post
provisioning stage where this file not found error keeps happening.
What to check next?
