error "Rec."

I got an error message every time i opened any office Xp document, which is
exactly written as under:
"Run-time error '_2147217865(80040e37)':
The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'Rec'. Make sure
the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly."
with an ok push button.
I press the ok button and the message goes by but no office document opens.
Can anybody tell me the solution and cause of this. I will be very thankful

It sounds like you have an add-in trying to connect to an Access
database each time you open a document.

The error message should also include whether it is a Visual Basic or
Visual C++ error so depending on the type of error one of these
