Error received when Team Member tries to open Project from PWA

WE have an employee set up with PWA and Project Pro 2003. However, at this
point she has only been assigned the role of a Team Member (which may or may
not change). When she tried to open a project from the server (either from
Project or PWA) she received an error stating the Project Server database was
unavailable. The reasons given were either:

Problems with the enterprise global template in the database
Insufficient permissions to access the enterprise global template
NEtwork problems preventing access
Project Server does not have enterprise features enabled.

In reviewing the role setup of a Team Member, we saw that this role did NOT
have permissions to open projects.... so, we changed that. However, she
still received the error. We were able to avert the error by adding the role
of Project Manager to her user, but that is not an ideal fix. Does anyone
have any ideas of other permissions I should check?

Thanks!

Christine --

For heaven's sake, why don't you simply add her to the Project Managers
group in PWA? You are making this too hard, both for her and for yourself.
Hope this helps.

Dale-

Thank you for your response. However, we were really interested in figuring
out how to make this work for the Team Member role. What we did find out
late yesterday is that by allowing the Team Member to View and Adjust
Actuals, they were able to open projects in Project.

Thanks again!
