When I go to close any word document on a particular
machine I get the following error
An error occured while loading 'This Document'. Do you
want to continue loading the project?
This error gives you the option of Yes or No. If you
answer yes Word will crash. If you answer No word will
close. Sometimes the documents are not saved due to this
error.
What I have done so far
1) User had old copy of Word 97 and newer copy of Word
2000 installed on same machine. I uninstalled Word 97 and
Office 2000 Professional, then reinstalled Office 2000
with all current service packs and security updates. This
did nothing to fix problem.
2) I found a document on-line that said that this maybe
caused by Adobe Acrobat. So I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat
from users machine. This did not work either.
I am stumped and I am hoping someone else has seen this
error before.
