error recovery when close word XP

I have word XP on a windows 2000 computer.
Often when I close word I get a message that there ocurred an error and if I
want to restart word and sent an error report. Even when I do not have lost
anything, but it is anoying that it always gives this message.

What is wrong there? And how can I turn of the error report part?
