Error regarding opening an existing form from a doc lib.

I am getting the following error:

The following location is not accessible, because it is in a different site
collection: http://moss.litwareinc.com/formservertemplates/My Form.xsn

Here's the scenario:

I have a form that I am submitting to a Doc Lib at a non-root site collection:

http://moss.litwareinc.com/sites/Demo/My Forms

I am getting the above error when I try to open a form from the library
using the link below:

http://moss.litwareinc.com/sites/De...ollection/My Forms/MyForm1.xml&openin=browser


Any thoughts? Why is this an error? I swear it was working at one time, but
now it's not and I can't figure out why. If anyone has any suggestions, I
would appreciate it.
