Error Renaming Form

Excuse me if this post is visible in ...forms.coding or in ...forms but I don't see it even though I sent it twice.
One instance of this post is in my Sent Items folder.
Don't know why I can't see the post.

When I tried to rename I form I get the following error:

'Module not found'

Anyone else get this error?
