error replying to all in Outlook 2003

Hi
I've installed MS Vista Business with Office Pro 2003. I'm unable to
'reply to all' in email using an Outlook 2003 client connecting to an
Exchange 2003 Server.
'reply' works fine, but 'reply to all' gererates the following error:

The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart outlook.

Hi

Try following this KB article and check if the issue is resolved

support.microsoft.com/kb/829918

PS: After following the article make sure that you select the "Always open
outlook in this profile" option and select the new profile that you created .
