error report - message came back saying needed more data

stuck trying to use load word

hi
i am really really distressed
i was working on an estemely confidential document and i guess word crashed
error reporting ok'ed and then message came saying that error reporting
needed to send large parts of the data. i tried to click cancel
but now i am totally worried that the document was sent
i have spent years working on it. it contains really important ideas that i
have spent years working on. is there any chance that i stopped transmission
of the data. the error reporting message said error reporting complete
