error reports

Please Help
I keep getting a error sig. message every time i open up
on the internet. i send the error reports but this
happens over and over again i am surprised that i have
gotten this far and hope i can send this please help or
tell me how to get through to microsoft explorer so i can
fix the problem. thanks, Robin
