Error retrieving mail from Hotmail

Outlook is not receiving my messages from the email account. The error
message on the report is:

Error in Mail
The server reported a temporary error.
Error: 5102. Server. Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code:
'Undefined'.

How can I correct the problem?

I don't think this is a problem you can correct. It apperars that the MSN
server is reporting an error. However, you can try two things: 1) deleting
the Hotmail account, uninstalling the connector, reinstalling the connector,
and readding the account and 2) a new mail profile.

It's also possible you have an add-in causing the problem. Does the message
occur when you start Outlook in safe mode?
