Error Running Macro : SendObject

I have a Macro set up to run a report and email it on a
button click from a Form.

The error I am receiving is:

Microsoft Outlook

The operation failed due to network or other communication
problems. Check your connections and try again.

Then an "OK" button:

When I click OK, I get a pop up:

Action Failed:
Macro Name: emailacro
Condition: True
Action Name: SendObject
Arguements:
3, rptCallCenter, RichTextformat(*.rtf), , , , , No,

When I click ok to the box, I get the following:

Microsoft Access

Call Center can't send a message for the reason stated in
the preceding alert.
