Error running Word 2007 Macro- macros disabled

I get the error "Macros in this project are disabled" when trying to
run a macro. I looked around and went into the Trust Center and set
it to allow all macros. It still gives me the same message even after
setting that to allow all and restarting word. Any ideas? This was a
Word 2003 doc if that makes any difference.

Apparently the setting didn't take. When I went back into trust center
and allowed all macros, it worked.
