error saving as html document

I am using visio 2000 and trying to save a diagram as an .html document. I
click on Save as....choose GIF as the graphics format....click OK.....it
starts to export and comes back with the error "messaging client does not
support the required services.
Cannot complete MAPI action.#0". I click ok and it pops up another box
saying "Are you sure you want to delete the '%s' toolbar" yes or no? What
does this mean? I need to get this exported. Thanks

I've got the same error message and this is independent of any settin
within the dialog. It worked first time and then it failed. Any hint i
welcome. :
