Error saying pdfmaker conflicts with Word 2003. Cannot resolve.

On opening Word 2003, I get an error that says Word has encountered a version
of PDFMaker that is n=known to cause instabilities in Word 2003. I have
renamed the file to PDFMaker.old, then even removed the file alttogether.
There is not a single instance of the string pdfmaker on my computer ANYWHERE
but I still get the error message when opening Word 2003. Windows XP Pro,
Office 2003.
